West Plaza Furnished Duplexes--Mid-term leases

This is a recently renovated, furnished 1-bedroom mid-term (typically 30-90 days) rental unit with plenty of space.

Situated back from the street in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is near public transportation, shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants. It features off-street parking for 2 cars, a cute porch with outdoor furniture, a full kitchen with eating area, a good-sized bedroom with queen-sized bed, a washer and dryer, a comfortably-furnished living room with a pull-out bed, and plenty of closet space.

We charge a one-time refundable deposit and a cleaning fee of $300. If you have a pet, we charge a pet deposit of $200. Please note that we only allow 1 small dog or cat. There is no fenced yard.
