This unique home is situated on a large 1 acre lot. It's fully fenced with a privacy hedge around the entire back yard, as well as a fence in the front for added privacy and security. We have a motorized, remote operated gate in front and will provide the remote upon move-in. We have a small garage that has laundry washer & dryer as well as a treadmill that is available for use. As you enter the main living area, you'll see the open concept floor plan with a workspace, pass through the living room with sectional sofa and big screen TV, and into the kitchen with lush views of the expansive backyard. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area, or outside on the patio under a large 10ft umbrella for shade. Two bedrooms with modern furniture provide space for rest & relaxation. The primary bedroom features a King size bed and built-in closet organizers. Spa like open concept ensuite bathroom with a glass enclosed rain shower, floating vanity with LED lighted mirror, and a privacy enclosed European commode. Secondary bathroom features an oversized roman soaking tub and a separate walk-in rain shower, as well as LED mirror.

Step outside to the back patio, where you can unwind in the hammock beneath the shade of palms, or enjoy alfresco dining with the outdoor grill, OONI pizza oven, fire pit, and comfortable seating area. The garden shed features a large, Art-Basel inspired landscape mural that was commissioned by a local artist. To top it off, a swim spa pool offers the perfect way to cool off from soaking up the sun.

During most of the summer months, there will be many mangoes to pick and enjoy, as the fruits are beginning to ripen between May - July. We also have avocados, bananas and several other tropical fruit trees on the property.
