Other things to note
Heat/Air: Nest thermostat is on the top floor in the hallway. Twist to the desired temperature. Whole house exhaust fan next to the TV above the bed. Use this to clear the air out and cool the home down.
Air conditioning: There is a portable AC unit in the loft area for your comfort. The unit is controlled by a remote, so please be sure not to misplace it. Thank you for your attention to this!
We charge a one-time pet fee of $100 per pet.
