Other things to note

Please note, we are a little off-the-beaten path, and understand that we are not for everyone.

Here are some quirks / guidelines to be aware of:

Quiet Hours from 9pm-8am, as we are in a residential neighborhood

You will hear coqui frogs chirp at night. Some people love it and find it relaxing, some people do not like it. We do provide earplugs regardless.

We catch our water from the rain. We ask you to be conservative with water. Even though we have a bathtub, we ask that you please only use it once a week or so, and to use the showers more often than the tub, thanks.

You might see an occasional mosquito or other insect, this is the tropics..

We do have 3 fans that we provide, but there is no A/C.

Yes, we have ample power and good wifi.

Considerate Caretaker lives nearby. Let us know if you need anything to be more comfortable during your stay! :)
