The balcony is private and covered, shrouded by trees, and there is a lawn with picnic benches in the communal area.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with extra linens and large closet, dresser and smart TV. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, large closet and closet organizer.

There is a half bath located in the hall between the two bedrooms and the main, full bath (with shower and bathtub) are located in the primary bedroom.

The main living area includes a comfy couch and smart TV for relaxing, a full-size dining area, and a dedicated workspace with high speed WiFi.

Kitchen is fully equipped with the following items:

Cutlery, plates, glasses, slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric range, full size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need to live comfortably away from home.

There is one uncovered parking spot assigned to the unit, as well as plenty of unassigned parking for a second vehicle.
