At Robinson House, we offer flexible stays for those encountering home repairs and/or relocation. We also work directly with insurance companies and policyholders in need of temporary housing, if the unit is available we are happy to have you extend your stay as needed. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal making and there is a 'pull up to a desk' coffee table in the living room with another workspace at the dining room table along with fast internet. Full size washer and dryer is in the unit. This fully furnished property comes with all the comforts of home with flexible lease terms from short-term to extended long-term stays. We cater to our guests' diverse needs, including remote workers, and those facing relocation or displacement. At Robinson House we can work directly with you the person relocating or your insurance company or the admin staff that is representing you on your behalf!

When you arrive you'll want to park the car because you're steps away from 4th Avenue, Pilgrims Market, and the new Trader Joe's! A short walk further down 4th Avenue you will find Lake Coeur d'Alene and Sherman Avenue with its water sports, boutiques, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and much more!

There is a rented basement apartment at this facility with seperate entrance and no common area.

Please inquire regarding Rental Price as the monthly rent goes to peak rent $4,500. during peak months June - August and returns to normal price after.
