There's a round dining table by the patio doors and a full view of the backyard pool from the windows. All three bedrooms have their own personality, the first has a queen bed, its own bathroom, and a TV; the second also has a queen bed with similar setup minus the ensuite. The third bedroom is more of a flex space, with a twin futon, a desk for working, and a TV, good for kids, guests, or even remote work.

Outside, the yard is divided into two distinct lounging and swimming zones. One side has a long, narrow pool with in-water seating and privacy walls, while the other features a smaller pool with a built-in hot tub and a grassy lounging area. There's outdoor seating scattered across both areas, including cushioned chairs and a fire feature for cooler evenings. The garage has a washer and dryer, and basic utilities are included in the rental. Pets are welcome with prior approval.
