Master Bedroom has private bathroom, shower.

Shared bathroom w/tub & shower for 2nd & 3rd bedroom guests.

Master bedroom is spacious with large wardrobe, plenty of drawers for clothes & personal items, access to outdoor pool & seating areas, .

Kitchen has all you need for cooking or use outdoor bbq (please clean after using)

Lighted, covered patio w/ table & chairs

Strictly pet free home! No exceptions or sneaking them in.

We can tell if pets been in our home; you will be billed fee to rid smell & allergens.

No smoking inside home. Please close doors windows if smoking outside.

**Smoking smells inside unit WILL INCURE extra $200 cleaning fee**

Upon booking you agree to allow Owner/Host access to the property for any emergency repairs or routine maintenance per 2010 Nevada Code, Owner will give Guest 24 Hour Notice prior to entering property.
