Home away from home. You can have your coffee on the front deck while watching the roaming deer's that come and visit. House is less than a mile from shopping center that consists of many restaurants, Kroger Market, Target, Ulta, gas station, Fresh & Thyme, TJ Maxx and many more. It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom (walk in shower). If renting private room, this one is $1600. The second bedroom has the bathroom across the hall. Its $1400 for this room. There is a back deck to hang out. Private driveway. Museums, Cincinnati Reds and Bengals stadium are both 8 minutes away. CVG airport is 17 miles.

If I can't rent the whole house, $2450, I may have to rent by room.
