I’m a 32 year old professional looking for a responsible, respectful woman aged 24 or over to rent a private room in my apartment in Post Falls. The space is clean, comfortable, and in a great location with shared common areas, kitchen, and bathroom. The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Ideal for someone quiet, reliable, and easygoing. I do not smoke or have people over very often. A background check will be required by my apartment manager. A well-behaved dog would be allowed. Rent would be $800 plus utilities and WIFI (utilities and wifi would be split between myself and you).
