Private Bedroom / Shared Bath with One Female

This is a medium-term rental from one to six months, perfect for a travel nurse or remote worker. One private bedroom with a shared bath is available in a large family home. Our household currently consists of the owner and one other professional female tenant. The owner has her private entrance and you will share a separate entrance with the other female tenant. We are quiet, clean, and friendly.

Absolutely no smoking or drugs, no overnight guests, no parties or events, and no pets allowed. The room is for one person only - no couples.

Situated in the Park Santiago neighborhood in North Santa Ana in a safe, walkable area, with beautiful tree-lined streets and friendly neighbors who take pride in their community. Near the hospital hub of Orange County and the 55/22/57/5 freeways as well as Santiago Park, with miles of hiking/biking trails.

The Private 12' x 12' Bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, linens, Smart TV, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, chest of drawers, closet, and door with keyed lock. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included as well as central air and heat.

The bathroom, living room, and driveway are shared with one female tenant. The owner parks on the street except for Monday mornings for street sweeping. The living room has comfy seating, dedicated workspaces, Smart TV, and color printer. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry room/pantry, dining area, and outdoor space are shared by the owner and the tenants.
