Enjoy a medium firm queen bed with hybrid spring and memory foam mattress. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. This spacious private bedroom includes a walk in closet and keyed lock, with access to shared spaces including a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, TV, high speed internet, and a full length mirror.

Located in the neighborhood of Shadow Grove in west Pensacola, off Perdido Bay. This home was recently remodeled and is a nice, calm space.

The neighborhood is nice for walking, you'll see many of the neighbors doing so throughout the day. The house is in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Places to eat and grocery stores are just a hop away.

I have two bedrooms available - this one at $975 and the master bedroom (significantly bigger with its own bathroom and massive walk in closet). Please let me know if you're interested in 1 or both
