Please observe our HOUSE RULES.

We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

✔️ Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

✔️ Quiet hours start at 9:30 pm

✔️ Backyard gatherings are not allowed past 9:30 pm

✔️ No Shoes inside the property.

✔️ No Pets

✔️ A $500-$1000 charge (per item) will be applied for any items removed from the property

✔️ Please be sure to unplug / turn off all appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Please ensure to turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

✔️ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

✔️ No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

✔️ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

✔️ Fees may apply if arrival is outside of checkin / check out windows

✔️ No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

✔️ No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamp
