The rental will be executed through a WA state lease agreement.

MONTHLY RENT:

$3200 per month for two working professionals (utilities and WIFI included). $3500 per month for three occupants. Rent includes ALL utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer and trash pick up, wifi).

Note: if you have an electric vehicle which will be charged on premises, you are responsible for the additional electric cost for the vehicle charging.
