Private, furnished room available in a quiet, owner-occupied home in Vancouver, WA. Best suited for a mid-term stay (approximately 1–6 months) and ideal for traveling nurses, corporate travelers, remote workers, or people between moves.

The room is currently set up as a guest room/home office with a futon and desk, but furnishings are flexible. Prior to move-in, the room will be freshly painted and can be upgraded to include a full or queen bed, nightstand(s), a smaller desk, and possibly a dresser for the right fit and length of stay.

Rent is $1,150/month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.

Security deposit: $1,150.

The home is LGBT-friendly and 420-friendly, calm, and intentionally not a party house. Shared kitchen and living areas, washer/dryer access, fenced backyard, and hot tub (use with permission and agreement to follow basic care guidelines). Street parking available.

Bathroom is shared when the owner is home and mostly private when the owner is traveling (which happens regularly).

One well-vetted dog may be considered with a $250 refundable pet deposit and $50/month pet rent. Some storage space available in the garage. Rent references required; applicants should have their own transportation.
