Cozy and Quiet Studio Apartment

This is basically a "mother-in-law quarters" in a relatively new home. It has a private entrance on the side of the house. Its 400 square feet is made up of a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a living room / kitchenette. It also comes with an apartment sized washer-dryer combo, a refrigerator with a freezer. a convection/microwave oven, and an induction cooktop/hot plate in a roll-around preparation and dinner table. WiFi Internet access is available as well as a 42-inch TV with satellite programming and Internet streaming capability.

We are situated about a half-hour drive from downtown Portland, and about 45 minutes from the state capital of Salem. For recreation we are within a two-hour drive of year-round skiing, ocean beaches, forests, wine country, the high desert of Central Oregon, river rafting, and an active volcano (Mount Saint Helens). Closer-in outdoor activities include swimming, boating, kyacking, hiking, horseback riding, Within 45 minutes of us is the state's most visited natural attraction, the iconic Multnomah Falls, the highest waterfall in Oregon, and about 25 minutes from us is the state's most visited retail attraction, the Factory Outlet Mall in Woodburn. And we have no sales tax in Oregon!

Renters will be required to pay for a background screening prior to approval of the rental application. No smoking or vaping will be tolerated either in or near the property.
