The home features curated books, games, and examples of local art including works by your host, Maria, and custom slumped glass by her sister Diana, a PA who travels to Bisbee each month to work a few shifts Copper Queen Hospital ER.

Property is listed as pet free, but may consider a small dog (dog only- absolutely no other pets) on case by case basis with Pet Fee. House is cat free. Most utilities included (surcharge for electric over $50 if applicable).

Mid-term (or every 2-3 months) Cleaning fee ($250), arranged with tenant to be at convenient time. Cleaning fee upon checkout is deducted from security deposit, minimum $250.
