There's also an office area and loft on the second floor, giving you plenty of extra room to work or relax. Plus, you can rest easy knowing security cameras and keyless entry are outside. Outside, you'll find a front porch and a small backyard area with an outdoor grill for entertaining on warm summer days. Two big parks and one is right behind the house! A public Tennis court and a dog park are only a mile away!

A. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a walk-in closet, an ensuite private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub.

B. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with two-night stands, a full-size closet, and a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

C. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two-night stands, a full-size closet, and a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower.

Downstairs:

D. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed, two-night stands, a full-size closet, and a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Absolutely no subletting. Rates are subject to change based on lease agreement.

Loma Linda is a great place to call home, with numerous community parks and nearby grocery stores. You're also just a five-minute drive away from 10 Freeway, Walmart Neighborhood Market, and Loma Linda Shopping Center.

For stays longer than 30+ days, we have started providing mandatory light cleaning $100 per cleaning.

There is a cap on Electricity and gas usage. If usage is more than $ 200, you will be charged for the difference.
