Beachfront 3BR on Best Urban Beach in Puerto Rico

This is a tastefully decorated beachfront 3 br apartment perfect for snowbirds, academics, or corporate renters! It features both a beach and city view in the heart of the San Juan metro area, right on the Isla Verde strip. It is my home in PR but I can’t really take advantage of it as often as I would like. It’s got all the amenities of home including a Peloton you can use!

The apartment is right on the beach and comes with everything you need for amazing beach days, including a large cooler, beach, chairs, a beach tent, and more.

The spacious living room boasts leather couches and a dining table for 6, and a balcony that has a beach view on one side and a city view on the other.

The three bedrooms sleep a total of 5 people, two in the main bedroom in a queen bed that also features a walk-in closet/bathroom suite; two in the second bedroom in a queen bed, and one in the guest room on a twin-size sofa-bed, which has a Peloton bike for your use and enjoyment.

The apartment's two bathrooms have been recently designer-renovated!

The full kitchen is loaded with all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you'll need to prepare full meals, as well as a dishwasher, garbage disposer, and washer/dryer.

Enjoy direct beach access from the building's back gate, and take advantage of the beautiful backyard's BBQ grills, basketball hoop, and outdoor shower. This is a safe, gated building with 24/7 security, and unit comes with one assigned parking space!

We are happy to host your well-trained, not-destructive dog. Cats or other animals are not allowed.

Beach Tower is located about 6 minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife, and lots of local culture (including museums, art galleries, etc.) nearby, and it is near the highway for access to the rest of Puerto Rico!
