Room for rent in spacious 1650 sq ft. split level duplex in Greenwood Village- Belleview and Yosemite. Open floor plan with 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Great area for $750/month. Water is included in the rent. Living sustain-ably this last year, internet (200-500mbps (NASA speeds)/cable/utilities added ~$75/month. $750 down deposit. 3-4 month lease and if all works out month-to-month after that.

Must be able to pass a background check (some flexibility for credit) and pay $50 to run the check.

Features of the home:

-two blocks from Cherry Creek State Park and the nightlife of the Denver Tech Center

-cross 1 minor street to get connected to Denver bike trails

-Outdoor, naturally shaded balcony/grill

-Mowed, fenced backyard, hammock

-Central Heat and A/C air conditioning

-Washer/Dryer

-Garage, 2 personal spaces, and ample street parking in an upper-class neighborhood

-Plenty of storage

-House is tucked away off the street down a cul-de-sac

There is already a dog (mostly shedless (very thin black hair)); Can accept another small or medium sized dog.

NON-SMOKERS preferably! (Also allergic)

The ideal roommate:

-Sustainable

-Stable job

-Friendly

-Mature (have your shit together)

-Clean and respectful of others

-Laid back (ok to share a bathroom)

-Positive and doesn't bring problems home

-No drug addicts or raging alcoholics please

-The available room has two windows. The house as a whole has good air flow for summer nights breeze.

About me:

- Josh has a degree in environmental biology, but currently works for the Cherry Creek School District. Josh's free time is spent in the mountains hiking and rafting with his dog, relaxing, and biking to breweries. Drinks and dances socially as much as he can. He's very inclusive and will flood you with invites. The room available is on the main floor and has two windows on separate walls.

Roommate Nathan: Doesn't think he's cool so he doesn't go out much currently. He moved to Denver in November 2018. He's a good cook and pretty smart

Emo is a 7yo Rott/newfy mix. He enjoys long walks (marking his territory), snow, dog parks, bringing you things, watching you eat, and utilizing psychological warfare to protect the house from trick-or-treaters and girl scouts. He's an alpha male, so he kind of sees himself as a 4th roommate rather than a pet.
