This charming 100 year old building sits within a preservation district among other historic dwellings and interesting architectural structures, giving the neighborhood a magical character. Nestled in the back of an eclectic, quiet street with no thru-traffic as the road leads to the building's parking lot. You will have a dedicated parking spot in the carport area.

The top floor (3rd floor) condo provides both security and privacy. The unit includes keyless entry to the front door while building access requires keypad entry for all residents of the 6-unit building. In addition, each unit is thoughtfully situated so neighboring walls connect only in the hallway providing an additional layer of privacy.
