The space

The entire ground floor suite, with laundry facilities, a 40" flat screen TV . Kitchen (fridge/stove) is outfitted with cooking utensils, serving ware and condiments.

Note to taller guests, that the suite has lower ceilings (6 ft 6") and a small bulkhead dining living room .

2 separate private bedrooms. Beds are super comfortable, dressing with stylish duvet covers. Newly renovated in Aug 2016 - has a modern bright feel.

Guest access

Guests have separate private entrance on side of building.

There is 30 min parking directly in front of the house (30 min 8-5 on school days; no time limit otherwise) Otherwise there is parking just south up on the same street on maple - its street parking mixed with parking for permitted residents.
