Pro Membership
Our Pro membership is currently our most popular tier. In addition to all the features of the Starter plan, Pro membership offers complimentary access to screening reports. You can conveniently send screening requests directly through Homads. The renter will only be charged the standard market rate of $30. As a Pro member, you'll also have priority access to our insurance partners for ALE claims.
Unlimited Membership
For those with multiple listings or looking for limitless connections, our Unlimited membership is the ideal choice. This plan allows you to establish unlimited renter connections.
Remember, the credit amount will be deducted from the booking fees associated with each booking.
