If you're a host with properties listed on Homads, we have some exciting news for you! We've decided to slash our rates for the summer season, offering a whopping 70% discount from our previous pricing structure.
Understanding our Pricing Tiers


Starter Membership
The Starter plan is where it all begins. By simply signing up and listing your property, you can enjoy the benefits of our platform for free. We only charge an 8% booking fee to the renter when a booking is made. Additionally, there is a 3% credit card transaction fee deducted from your payout.

Pro Membership
Our Pro membership is currently our most popular tier. In addition to all the features of the Starter plan, Pro membership offers complimentary access to screening reports. You can conveniently send screening requests directly through Homads. The renter will only be charged the standard market rate of $30. As a Pro member, you'll also have priority access to our insurance partners for ALE claims.

Moreover, if you make a booking through Homads with your renter, we'll credit $49 back to you. It's important to note that this credit is per renter.

Unlimited Membership
For those with multiple listings or looking for limitless connections, our Unlimited membership is the ideal choice. This plan allows you to establish unlimited renter connections. Similar to the Pro membership, you'll receive a $450 monthly credit back to you for each booking made through Homads.

Remember, the credit amount will be deducted from the booking fees associated with each booking.
