How Messaging Works

1. We show great places — but we don’t handle bookings or payments. Think of us as the bulletin board where homeowners post their listings.
2. Want to book? Send the homeowner a message from the listing page to ask questions, check dates, and agree on terms.

3. For safety and quality, only hosts who’ve verified their identity and keep an active paid subscription can reply through our system. If the host can’t reply, they might not be subscribed yet — in that case, ask them to subscribe or try another place.

4. Always confirm payment method and booking details directly with the host before sending money. We recommend secure payment options and saving your messages for reference.
