We have member spaces open in our homes across SoMa, The Design District, and The Dog Patch.

If you're looking for a place to call home, where all you have to do is show up and plug in, we offer;

- A fully furnished home

- A private POD with personal space and privacy, made up for your arrival.

- Basic household items - laundry soap, shampoo etc

- Base Communal Food for the home

- In home washing and drying machine

- All utilities are included (and WiFi ofcourse!)

- Gym, entertainment area, lounge and rooftop

- Weekly house cleaning

- A team and community dedicated to making sure this is a solid 'home' experience.Member Events Budget -- money for you to throw something.

- No risk of having to pick up costs from a dead beat roommate. Membership is fixed.

We are an intentionally diverse mix to maximize for serendipity and your chance to connect with people who open up other paths and experiences for you. Whether you're looking for stimulation, someone to collaborate with, a co-founder or founding team, this is a great way to do it. It's also just a great way to have fun and support around you for all the things that are life.

Our homes interact and collaborate, each having a slightly different vibe and focus. Depending on your interests, we've got the right home for you! We are basically our own little neighborhood.

Membership packages range from $1200 to $1500 for shared options, depending on the length of your stay.
